Lash Lift & Tint
A lash lift is a “curly perm” for your lashes using eye safe solutions and a perming rod to shape the hairs and fix them into place. A lift creates a similar effect to a lash curler, and a tint deepens the lashes creating a mascara effect. The service takes approximately 45-60 minutes to complete with results lasting 4-8 weeks depending on aftercare and your hairs natural growth-rate.
Does a lash lift and tint hurt?
No, but you will may feel some mild tension at the lash-line throughout the process. Before the perming solution is applied, the lashes are brushed upwards and secured to a perming rod. A fixing solution is applied afterwards which sets the hairs into place, then a dye is used to darken the hairs. If you feel any major discomfort at any time during the process please let your artist know.
My lashes are thin, can I get a lash lift?
It depends what you mean by thin. If your lash hairs are fine or lightly coloured, but you have lots of them, you are an excellent candidate! A lash lift will help accentuate your eyes, and the tint will make the hairs more visible. If you have very little lash hair available, a lift may not do much for you. In this case, you will benefit much more from the use of a lash serum to naturally grow your lashes overtime, or lash extensions which add immediate length, curl and density!
Can I get a lash lift if I have glaucoma?
Yes! But if you have any doubts or concerns please contact your physician before booking an appointment.
How do I know if I’m a good candidate for a lash lift?
You may not be a good candidate for a lash lift if you…

have sensitive/watery eyes, or if you have a cold or flu on the day of your appointment
are sensitive to glues/dyes or brow lamination products
